Just down the road from us, they have a really cool Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze. Kyrie has been a very spoiled little girl because she has been able to go 3 times! Daycare took all the kids one day. They said Kyrie ran out into the patch, grabbed a cute little pumpkin as fast as she could, said "Kyrie's punkin!" and latched onto it for the rest of the trip! They had to peel it away from her to be able to go on the slides and do the fun stuff. Then, Daddy & I took her the next Friday night and we went through the maze together. As if that wasn't enough, Auntie Jessi & cousin Jax came to town and Jessi & I took the kids together and had a great time!
Fall has been really great so far! We have been on the go as usual. A few weeks ago we went down to Wyoming & stayed with our good friends, Jill & Richard, and Kyrie had a blast playing with her little buddy, Shelby, who is a couple years older. Ky is really talking up a storm right now. In fact, one of the ladies at daycare who used to be a teacher told me that her language skills are amazing, and she knows more words than some of the 4 year olds! She is even starting to make 3-4 word sentences. On the way home Friday, she was pulling on the car door handle and saying "unlock it, Kyrie want out!". Yesterday I was sitting in her chair and she said, "excuse me, mommy, up, up!". Her and her best friend, Taelyn, are way ahead of the other kids in the class with talking, and so in the afternoons they sit down for tea and jabber like old ladies! Cutest thing ever :). She is still obsessed with taking care of baby dolls, and is constantly checking them for poop (as well as pulling at the back of anyone in sights pants, looking down them, and saying, "no poop!", or "stinky peeewy!"). Oh, and speaking of poop, she has been starting to potty train and went 3 times in the toilet today! Basically, to sum it up, I have the cutest, smartest, and most amazing daughter that has ever existed. Ha ha ha!

Wow! August & September flew by so fast. We had a very busy summer. Kyrie spent a lot of time in the back yard playing in her kiddie pool with Mama & Dada, but she is still pretty unsure of getting into any water far enough where there is a chance of her head going under! I guess she is her mama's girl in that respect. I have never been the most graceful of swimmers, so let's hope that she learns how to be a fish from Jaspur. Each & every week it seems like she does something or says something new. Basically, all we do these days is sit around and stare at Kyrie and laugh and play! Watching her grow up is the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. We are really enjoying this time together. Right now she is really obsessed with watching Dora the Explorer and Elmo, and at any given time she knows right where the Ipad is and isn't afraid to start yelling, "DORA, DORA, DORA!", when she feels the need to watch an episode! She is a fiesty little thing lemme tell you. She doesn't like being told no, and is still very good at throwing tantrums, which gets her nowhere, but she hasn't learned that yet. We're trying to work on getting rid of her "passie", but she isn't liking that one bit. I tell her she can only have it at bedtime, so she looks at me and says, "night night" and lays her head down LOL! She's way too smart. On Labor Day weekend, we got a wild hair and drove to Walla Walla, WA to buy an RV. We have been looking for a year and finally found a great deal, so we decided to take the chance and rent a car and go get it. We had a fun drive back, stopped for a quick night in Boise to see my family, and then camped the next night on our way home. I have so many good memories of camping from my childhood, and I hope to be able to give Ky a few of those as well! The next week I actually had to go to Canada from a Tuesday to a Sunday night for a certification course, and leave Jaspur & Kyrie alone together. Let me tell you, it was the hardest thing I have had to do yet, but, at least we were able to Skype and see each other over the week. I'm not sure if Ky liked seeing me on the computer, or if it just frustrated her that she couldn't give me a hug though! Anyhow, I made it through the week, and Dada was awesome. Of course, she had to go in for shots and she got sick as well, so he was up at night a bunch with a fussy gussy. Hand Foot and Mouth virus this time! Daycare is like a petrie dish, ugh. We're so tired of passing sickness around constantly, but I guess that is par for the course at this age. This year we were able to get season tickets to the MSU Bobcats football games, and we have seats right next to Grandma & Grandpa Kolar. So far we haven't made it through an entire game with Kyrie, but she has done really well for most of the time, and really loves cheering with the cheerleaders (and Grandma, Auntie Kelli, & Auntie Marci :) ).
